The Cysindera Test works just like a Luminol test for Mana (I hope you know what that is) — as long as the surface hasn't been treated with a Suppressant such as Siment Flower honey, even after decades, any trace residue of Mana will produce a bright yellow glow.

Invented by the Hillkind ArchMage Cysindera, hence the name.
