True to its name, the indescribable drake with a thousand eyes and a thousand legs is mostly found in Pandemoniac.
Body length 3–4 m, flat body, poor fliers, generally float at low altitudes.
Kiloeye possesses Dragon Sight capable of interfering with the mind: disturbing the sequence of memories in living beings upon which it gazes, causing them to fall into chaos. Since Kiloeye's eyes are distributed across its entire body, it is an extremely dangerous creature for adventurers whose mental barriers are not strong enough.
Compared to its magical abilities, Kiloeye's physical hunting capability is relatively weak. However, considering that the disturbed prey virtually lacks any ability to resist, this may be a reasonable evolutionary direction.
