SoD, Seed of Demon, is the pinnacle creation of the Peírama's magical technology. The original seed (with the ability to proliferate into new seeds) exists in and only one copy, which was handed from Fandrare Kyren to Alice before the fall of Peírama and has always remained in her hands.

Oraculum is precisely what grew from the first copy sample of the SoD. In the deprecated story, the Augurium is a copy of another seed that never sprouted, and exists within Tithiel Earendel's body.

In short, SoD is "existence" itself, and can be shaped by injected Mana into any entity — such as the Tree. If one wishes for it to be shaped into a Being, its memory is required.

Given that there is no non-destructive method of memory transfer (memories must be moved from the original and cannot be duplicated), it is impossible to use the SoD to create a clone.

You can inject Reflorescence to make it proliferate, but a copy cannot be copied again. Any attempt at a second-generation copy triggers uncontrollable self-replication — the escape of such specimens was what destroyed Peírama, and what spawned every nameless things now lurking in Pandemoniac. Hence the name: Seed of Demon. Even first-generation copies are already far weaker and less stable than the original, which is why Oraculum is so fragile.

The original is an embryo-like seed contained in a small bottle, pale white in color. The replica, except for being deep black in color, has the same shape as the original in all other respects.

你可以注入朽木生花之术 来让它增殖，但复制体不能再被二次复制。一旦试图进行二次复制，复制样本就会展现出不可控制的自增殖性——二次复制的实验体的出逃正是佩拉莫覆灭的直接原因，也是如今潘德莫尼亚所有不可名状之物的源头。这也是它被称为“恶魔之种”的原因。实际上，一次复制体的增殖性能和不稳定性就已经显著弱于原本，这也是圣树 欧拉克兰 如此脆弱的原因。

原副本是一个装在小瓶中的胚胎状种子，呈苍白色，复制品除颜色为深黑色外其他形状与原本无殊。
